I'm not feeling what he's wearing all that much. It's not really bad, but ehh.

He's like an amish hipster. Also, just the way his coat is flaring out and the way his jeans taper or show off his big calves into the slightly pigeon-toed stance just looks a bit tweetledee and tweetledum to me. not to mention that i just have bad experiences with bean boot gum soles being functionally useless when wet, and getting tired of them after they got tired the last couple winters. It's just all a little too studied and ironically hip, whatever that actually means, for my personal taste. Really though, it isn't bad, just nothing great or particularly cool imho afaik ymmv

Your experience must be limited to crap wool. Crap wool tends to be itchy but the higher end wools can be near or better than cashmere in softness

You should realize that as a Russian truck driver it's entirely within your right to drink while driving.

Fiorentini & Baker hands down wins the boot game this season (not counting the prohibitively priced grails)

Some people are also very sensitive to wool fibres, such as myself.

I break out from 99% of wool, unless its very very fine.

On 100% wool vs blend remarks:

Guys my target has 100% wool sweaters

    They are also complete shit

I have 100% wool knits that are incredibly smooth, I have blends that are smooth, I have 100% wool that are rough, I have blends that are rough.

I tend to like texture so I go for that - I still like them soft though.

My NdG stuff is good - good basics and fits my wardrobe perfect. I have always loved marl knits, (searched for ages and ages and never got any till SF + NdG discovery) and the shape + cuff + details + fit are perfect for what I want.

MMM knit and SNS herning are deff a step above in smoothness / softness. Much less rigid however, so thats the trade off - different drape. My SNS Stark is pretty much wool outerwear class, so awesome. Might get some tan Wabasha chucka's just to wear with it + a few other pieces when I don't feel like being all Dark-Mil-Grunge

Will get more MMM for sure. Also want to get that JS turtleneck that Stazy got.
