a local store which used to be pretty hypebeasty has completely changed its direction and is now stocking White Mountaineering and Undercover, amongst other brands in that sorta sportswear vibe. This is not gonna be good for my wallet.

That seems like a natural progression, luxe hypebeasting (no hate)

yeah i guess so actually, especially since they're also stocking the nike sportswear ranges and stuff. I should've said they've added some high-end attraction to consumers. Still, now carrying APC and W+H and other internet-approved brands, so there's at least a little change in direction.

TBH it's not really my thing, but it'll be nice to actually see some of these pieces in person, especially the WM.

Man I can't believe iceage are blowing up, pitchfork and everything. They're just a bunch of kids from Copenhagen, it's cool though.

Jesus Christ. I always wondered what it's be like to move up to the NW and I found my answer. What are you doing to spend $50/week? Are pulls that expensive there? No machine at home?
It was an atypical week to be honest, but $25 weeks aren't out of norm [IMG]

I would not even have a clue as to where to start in such a city..

a shopping tour guide (or better yet, a local that happens to post on SF) would be so essential (for me - I'm sure you've been there enough to be able to navigate and get in and get out of where you need to go..).

wasn't too crazy about it, heres the looks I liked: [IMG] I want these jeans so fucking badly: [IMG] [IMG] Wasn't really bought it bought it, all the patterned outerwear is sick but nothing worth it. Another s/s I'll probably pass on unless there is a dope sleeper piece hidden.

Sort of torn on this one. Just noticed my new heather-grey hoodie was picking up indigo stains on the elbows from my new PBJs (sitting leaning forward with elbows on knees).

It's like the first scratch on a new piece of leather. It burns you up, but it's just the start of a beautiful relationship.

I can see $25. Espresso back in LA goes for $2-$6 depending on the coffee bar. At least for me, my machine paid for itself in a couple of weeks, I mean, several months.
