Truth, but in most other cases of overly large shoulders, they simply protrude outward. Here, they form little pyramids on each shoulder.

I think it's a combination of too big + overly structured shoulder + poorly constructed shoulder.

I love how the slightest bit of increase in exercise or weightlifting causes SF member's bodies to explode with muscle, making it necessary for them to flip all of their clothes in B & S.

Thank jeebus I never run into this problem, as my body has remained almost totally unchanged over the past decade or so.

RFT: I'm tracking way too many packages right now. Seriously, I have four tabs open with different tracking numbers at the moment.

Also, has anyone else seen Tree of Life? What the hell was that? [IMG]

Tree of Life was amazing. Saw it last night. One of the most beautiful movies I've ever seen.

So, to continue my obsession with the mysterious shoulder pyramids, I found them in another pic (of marc jacobs no less). It doesn't look like roping, and the shoulders don't seem too big, so I'm still confuzzled. Hm

I have this problem with some clothes I buy in the first place. It's borderline too small for my shoulders/thighs but I still want to try it out as FL is pretty much suckass for anywhere retail to try things on. With bottoms the waist/ass will be way too big but fit my thighs, or on tops the sleeves will be way too long as I have to size up to fit my shoulders. but yeah, to what you're saying it should take quite a few months to 'outgrow' clothes if you're not on the sauce.

In this example, it's intentionally padded that way. Tom Ford used to do a lot of it (not sure if he still does, can't recall specifics from recent collections) Bottega as well. Pagoda shoulders (and if I could find a suit with Pagodas, would kop)

Gotcha. Pagoda shoulders have now been added to my menswear vocab. There is one last example I've been trying to find-- I remember when Gilt featured Lova, a bunch of the jackets had that effect, and it didn't seem intentional. Can't dig up the pic though :-/. Might tiptoe into MC and seeing what their thoughts are.

    Hint: they won't like it.

I love skinny coked-out girls in pagoda shoulders. was it givenchy?
