This is classic MC. I read the post and scrolled down and looked at the picture, expecting some loud trousers or maybe like Wooster's dick hanging out or some shit. But my SW&D eyes don't see what the problem is. Black suit, maybe?

Jacket too short, sleeve buttons undone, lapel pin, they all hate lapel pins. Chukkas with a suit, brown shoes with a black suit, black suit and no drape/too tight. I know me my MCers.

Pulling at the top button and really large cuffs (sleeves may be short as well, though could be the arms being bent)

MCers love their 2" cuffs, makes the trousers heavier so they move less.

Random: I think I'm going to try a jerk-inspired twist on my Mochiko Chicken recipe. Could be amazing or horrendous [IMG]

MC suitabilities or not, that is pretty fucking terrible.

but to humour, pretty much what fuji said. jacket is too short, the buttoning point is too high and to tight, the lapels are too narrow and quite dated, the black tie is bad.

The whole 'white dude with short hair and beard wearing slim pin-rolled jeans with Aldens and EG something up top, likes nice European cars, and listens to Kanye as their token hip-hop artist' thing is getting so clichÃ[IMG].

Or, did you all already know that and I'm just late to the game?

    That's fucking ridiculous.

    I can't grow a beard.

i kinda regretted selling all of my cps after reading that, then i loaded up cp's website and realized that the slide show has the *complete* ss11 collection! if you wait long enough you'll see shoes/colorways never shown in blog posts (e.g. by tres bien) about cp's ss11 collection. i'd totally have looked for those flip flops if i knew they existed. anyways, for anyone who's interested...

Would these be as versatile with denim as I'm thinking? or a bit harder to mesh with? Having mixed feelings about them, they're Guidis. [IMG]

Has anyone bought the CP 'running shoes' on this board? Wondering about the sole in particular and how they will wear...

I know Guidis are supposed to be unimpeachable on this board but those look fucking awful from the picture.

It's bison leather...supposed to get better with wear. On one hand I think it's fucking awesome. On the other hand I sort of think it does look a little cheap as that 'crinkled, sloppy' look on the boots look FANTASTIC, but on shoes.......IDK so much.
