got some grey ndg jeans and they have kind of a camel toe thing going on... hmm... really thin denim and loose cut, does this happen? [IMG]
The jeans are bland and unremarkable and definitely not up to your usual high standard. The fit would work better if the denim were darker and/or had more interesting coloration. I have a pair of KMW's that fit about like those which I wear hiking or around the house, but the darker coloration makes them look a lot better in my opinion. The one time I tried some NdG jeans I ended up sending them back due to baggy fit. So I am not really surprised.

How about something where they have to mix up their proportions. I think that 1/2 slim, 1/2 loose, would blow minds there. I mean, it's a pretty common theme in fashion (just see Ervell's boxy jackets and very slim, cropped, pants) or countless nuche Japanese designers doing slim tops and oversized harem pants, but it's not even done often here, which is sort of a shame.

The good people of MC only wear perfectly proportioned garments; why would they go for too big or too small. Or more fairly it's not an usual thing w. MC to go with any extreme in that regard and once they settle for a style of, say, pants they tend to pick the same cut every time. I'd like to see a suiting fabric worn as a sportcoat or vice versa.

Pompous, self-indulgent copy sort of goes hand in hand with the fashion world.

I wonder if all the folks that scooped up the remaining stock of that jean at deep-discount pricing are unaware of the whole denim vagina flaw or if they were just blinded by the low price tag.

sup Scott, still looking for a down vest?

not into that one, but thanks! I'm more looking for a plain collar, no hood and in a tweed/wool outer.

I get to pick the next MC contest so someone help me think of a good one. I don't think they're ready for another sw&d themed one.
Get them to mix and match suit jackets and pants (and vest for next level) - more jarring difference in fabrics, more points for daring. Has potential for epic disaster.
