    yahoo auctions is such shit
$600 item arrived damaged, nothing I can do about it because all payment is via bank transfer and yahoo has no protection for buyers, at all. Their advice is literally to "get a lawyer" or "ask on yahoo! answers"

What a disgrace, I use yahoo mail, and I didn't even know that existed.

I'd like to participate in the new fit battle but I think the video aspect is a little awkward for those not completely integrated in with the community. Not that I'm totally shook to get my strut on for some fellas on the innernet, but I just dunno about this go-round...

Seconds S/S 10 seemed sparse on it, though. Is it so much to ask for some solid colored tanks and tees?

I wish Geller would knock off that Seconds shit. I'm embarrassed to look at it. (0). So someone asked me if they could do local pickups in my sales thread on SuFu. I told him yeah, NYC pickups fine (in the back of my head saying - I don't remember saying I was in NYC and it's not on my profile, whatever). He gets back to me saying he thought I was in SoCal, good luck with the sale. That's it. No inquiry on price. No interest in anything. Just wanted to know about in-person pickups. [IMG]

What is surprising about that? It's a huge benefit to pay in cash for an item you can see and potentially try on before you purchase. There's a dude in Edmonton with a Viridi Anne trench whose measurements I don't trust so I'm not buying it unless he gets back to Calgary before someone else does. No local pickup no buy.
