Not red suede. That doesn't even look like red suede, it's like on of those spray on red foam.

    Common Projects Officer Boots

Not necessarily a cheaper alternative but a good choice nonetheless.

Ok, so I dislocated one of my fingers at the gym the other day. Looks like I'm gonna have to start using weightlifting gloves if I want to avoid a repeat. I know some of y'alls use them, so any recommendations? I think I have an old pair of Harbingers from college, but I don't know if there's anything better out there.

I'm gonna miss those callouses. [IMG]

I'm not feeling slim tops at all anymore. Bring on the loose, long knits and T's. Drapey cardigans FTW.

I've been transitioning to this since summer with T's but just realized why I haven't been wearing most of my knits lately. Too slim for my current liking. Sucks, now I need to buy a few more things.

Gloves aren't going to prevent a finger dislocation...

Nil, sell me your slim knits. They're good for wearing under a blazer

Nah, I'm sure I'll swing back to that side of the spectrum eventually. Gotta keep the epicurean knit heat for a rainy day.

I think having the weight distributed a little more evenly across my hands, and relying less on my fingers, will take some of the pressure off of my index finger and help keep it in place.

Dunno, I remember lifting gloves sort of changing the way I gripped weights. It's been a while since I used them, though, so I could be wrong.

How'd you dislocate your finger exactly?

It must be horrible to be the president, always forced to wear terrible clothing in fear of the mongoloid populace thinking you're an elitist..
