from what i understand ip law pertaining to fashion is very weak. you can essentially rip off of other designers with little retribution (see urban outfitters, h&m, etc.)
Doesn't exist in the US, really. Off the top of my head Japan and the EU have some protections. The CFDA is trying to push a bill through for like the 5th time in as many years called the Design Piracy Protection Act (DPPA). You can search the NY Times site for some concise articles.

Most of the lawsuits you see in the US are trademark-based suits. Copyright-based suits fail because copyright doesn't exist. There's a long, drawn out explanation for this but that's just not going down.

I personally prefer the strong and wild Friday and relaxed Saturday evening at home with friends.

I think going-out on weekends is really tacky. Only terrible people are out on weekends.

Overdyed my Viridi Anne cardi jet black because the object dye job wasn't as consistent as I would have liked. Tub looks like a mess. Hoping it turns out alright.

I want to buy a LV dog collar and leash just to see how people react to it.

I dunno, I think my reaction would probably be the same to you in an LV dog collar as it would to you in any other dog collar.

Don't think that is my style but link me anyway if you could be so kind.

Was looking at this stuff last night, close enough?

    http://zozo.jp/shop/wjk/goods.html?gid=679451&rid=1031

I had wjk in mind but it won't fit me, the L is 50 cm across plus looking for wool. There are a couple other features I don't like about that particular one but ya guess I won't ever find one. Ah well.
