the sleeves on my +j blazer from the first season are way long--i thought they were cut intentionally long? anyway agreed on the mens suits. my first suit was a +j and the cut otr is quite nice. love the trousers too

****, my desktop monitor is dead; there goes my money I was going to use to buy a pair of Epaulet chinos. Oh well, maybe next paycheck.

Btw, where does one find cheap shoe trees? And how do you know if they'll fit or not?

So what you're saying is the Jugend is actually a timeless, heritage-filled haircut? It's from the 30's-40's after all.

how when people use the term "timeless" everything starts about in the 40s/50s? Even if you want to keep it to america's history we don't get a lot of arguments for late 1700s or early 1800s style. I know it's because the people use use that stuff seriously are idiots but i'd probably rather see some 1700s style modernized and mixed in rather than just 50s farmers

If I could have my way, I'd wear a style that blended late-medieval 1500-1700ish type **** with a futuristic Rick Owens type of vibe. Something "post-post-apocalyptic" where it's still dark (like both the future and the middle ages are viewed,) but now it's clean and formal as opposed to grungy and distressed. Grungy and distressed just doesn't work for me, I love it on other people, but it's not how I see myself. It would inevitably be somewhat outlandish, but probably fun.
