I've seen blazers that small (and sometimes smaller) from MofM, Lad, and Lounge Lizard.

Well, there is DBSS size 0 / XS. But it's a big jump down from size 1 to size 0-- often size 0 is even less than 34" in the chest.

Hey Snake,

I have the MoM Chambray twill blazer (purple) in size 1 and it fits pretty amazing. I can probably take a few pics and post a fit for ya.
