It's high, but if you buy it in Japan, it's still like 1/3 to 1/2 the price of MA+. It's also all really nice with excellent details, amazing fabrics, and great construction. He's got a couple great designs he iterates on season to season that are really well thought-out. It's a really fun mix of sporty and artisanal, all of it pretty easy to wear. That said, I still don't own a lot of pieces. I don't like some of the details (tyvek lining, metal buttons) and some of the fits (long arms, tight shoulders, low-rise on pants). I always look forward to seeing it in person.

Agree with that. His stuff looks really great in person and is very unique, but you have to try it on. The long mountain parka looked awesome on the hanger, but once I put it on, it just looked like a shapeless potato bag. Yes I do that to $$$ clothes...

You guys 50 cent burned 150 million. Also, Kanye's just a business, man; not a businessman (apologies to Jay).

Lots of business are run poorly even though they're superficially successful

I know somebody in the music business that has worked with Kanye, he gave me a rundown over a year ago of ways that he loses money. Basically by making crazy last-minute changes to sets, lighting costumes, schedules, staff, etc., and doing it all the time. I suspect his fashion business runs the same way.

Yeah, didn't he just change his album title like 4 times in a week? Plus his Twitter rants, he seems like a pretty spontaneous guy that doesn't think a whole lot of **** through, I could see that causing issues.

Any of you remember the very first collection he did in Paris with the two designers from CMMN SWDN? That alone was 13 million as stated by Kanye on Sway.

Tfw a designer you love has fucked up sizing and you can't wear it.
Size 5 = XL according to the designer but the shop selling it says it's a XXL/38 waist and another shop says 5=L/36 but it fits me like a medium/32 at best

I think I'll just stick with Lemaire and Yohji and Issey 1 size fits all pants.

I've given up trying to understand sizing and just go on measurements - Blue Blue Japan and Kapital vary from 54cm to 64cm chests in the same tagged size...
