Theoretically doable, but if I have go to DC four weeks in a row I might literally kill myself.

It's not so much DC per se as the effect it has on my morning commute; it goes from under a minute (walk upstairs from my bedroom to my desk, log onto VPN) to a minimum of three hours (walk to the el, take it to the train station, take Amtrak to Union Station, take the metro downtown, walk to the office). It usually only happens once a month or so, but it's been a little much lately.

Also, the concept of mobile weed vans is kind of awesome. If they start sending one to Kelly Park at lunchtime with the rest of the food trucks, it could potentially result in way fewer afternoon meetings.

This may belong in the DIY thread, but I have a sample jacket that I really love, but they obviously didn't do a lot of finishing on the seams. They feel a bit scratchy whenever I don't wear long sleeves. Anyone know how to tape seams, or the best way to cover the rough edge with a smooth edge?

Seems like something a tailor could do pretty cheap (I'd assume they could surge the seams).
