I'd come to you to learn how you deal with the shame
don't hate on my moneymakers
One week left!
I vaguely remember reading something in the past about nutritional supplement shell companies used in money laundering. Did a quick search and found this:
With Lemaire and Uniqlo coming up, I am reminded of the time Michael Bastian did that awful collab with Uniqlo. It was polos, I believe that was it, well most of it. If I recall, on that same day he did a Q and A talking about how he didn't like polos.
Does anyone here have a modular synth?
I believe the arms detach to reconfigure for flight:
Ssense put out a Random Fashion Buzzword Generator and the results are strikingly realistic
Ralph Lauren steps down: http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-34398126
It kinda boggles my mind that he's still there
Next you'll tell me Tommy Hilfiger still designs
"Old Navy" in charge of RLPL -- it sounds like bizarro-universe news.
I looked him up on Wikipedia because I figured you were kidding and he is still running things, but the (weirdly vague) entry makes it sound like he stopped designing about ten years ago, unless he sold the company but stayed on as designer. I've got a pair of wacky macro-houndstooth runway pants from Hilfiger fall '13 (I remember being surprised Hilfiger even held runway shows when I found them on eBay), and the style.com copy makes it sound like he was still helming the show, as do the 2015-16 descriptions.
Still, 1985-2016 is "only" two thirds of Ralph's impressive tenure.
Karl Lagerfeld seems to have been designing one thing or another since 1958 -- is he the grand prize winner?
TIL. Your insight is appreciated.
Me - some people meet me there. I will be the one who looks like an Asian guy out of Mad Max.
