Dunno, man. Of course the video's generalizing in a ton of ways, but both those looks (m+f) are still just about all you'll see in any "mall brand" store (or make up a good portion of it), and very much what averagely fashionable people are wearing. I think we've got a pretty skewed vision of what the masses are wearing.

Well...yeah, but I really just meant the 2015 looks. Those trends certainly aren't dead.

Pieces I have are relatively tight but still true to size.

In 2000s I was in my minimalist-architect phase.

    What are you into now?

I wonder if there's a history of architecture type class I can take or book I can read

    "stop making sense"

While it's nice to see a look that is fully integrated (Ivy/Trad should = penny loafer + flat front chino + saddle shoulder knit + ocbd, etc), why not an eclectic, mash-up approach? Same with music, interior design, etc. So bust out your metal tee, bucket hat and those beefrolls.

Yeah, whether you use the buzzword 'disruption' or not, Grailed is an example of someone creating a better way to do something than what was there before. Also has the added benefit of not being eBay. The scammers/lowballers unfortunately come with the success.

I've had no problems with the items I've sold there, and they've all gone for the asking price give or take a couple of drops (but I also often inflate original prices for that reason).

I think I'm alone in having a 'meh' reaction to just about every Taichi piece I see.

My city's club district on a Friday night begs to differ in a most offensive way.
