Candles - I like Bibliotheque from Byredo. I guess it's meant to smell like a library? It's quite sweet, but in a kind of mystical way. Describing smells is not my strong point.

I work in a shop with a lot of candles, and a lot of people who love candles, and this is my favourite.

inspired by @Spehsmonkey's recent fits i've ebayed some high waisted/pleated wool trousers, anyone have tips for getting rid of the crease, or at least making it less distinct? just turn them inside out and try to iron it flat?

Steamer most likely should work for that.

I saw this and for a minute legitimately thought the guy was trying to shove all of his fingers in his mouth at the same time:

Am I crazy for wanting this pair of Raf Simons? Not even sure what model they are. I have been wanting more colour in my wardrobe.

Are clear eyewear frames kind of done? I kind of want a pair, but I feel like I see them everywhere.

I still like them. I haven't seen many clear frames on men anyway, so I don't they've even nearly reached the level that thick-rimmed black frames did a while back.

Let me know if you find any good options, as I've been looking for a good pair for quite some time.

I'm really into David Kind right now. Just two on their site:

Admittedly, I'm very far from an authority on glasses. All I can say, though, is that the Globe Specs glasses I tried on at Self Edge felt much nicer than David Kind. Not quite sure why, but they did. They have clear frames that might be worth checking out.

View attachment 842854 View attachment 842853 I recently acquired this vintage hermes tote bag which I'm in love with right now and it inspired me to delve into the style of the Parisienne. I've been looking at the styles of Alain Delon, Lou Lou de la Falaise, and also re watched the movie The Piano Teacher in which Isabel Hupert's character sported Hermes scarves with trench coats. So can anyone suggest a trench coat in an oversized cut similar to the style that Alain Delon's character wore in the movie Le Samourai.

You're not going to look how you think you're going to look.

@Preemo wears something similar to that and does it well IMO
