Anyone own a pair of Marni pants and can comment on fit? I was looking at some wide cropped & pleated cotton trousers with elastic waist they sell at Eastdane. I believe they're called Drawstring trousers.

Just to get the inner OCD nerd out of me. Circles are two-dimensional objects, and therefore, by definition, always flat.

well it's really a 1-d object embedded in a 2-d space. and using the definition of curvature for curves, a circle has curvature R=radius, so unless it's a point, it's not flat.

I have and they fit TTS, but I mean, the ones you're talking about are elastic waist. Doesn't that imply some forgiveness with regards to sizing?

Anybody ever 'defeat' an intentionally oversized garment by undersizing?

It is never worth it. Embrace the oversized.
