Fun, boho type clothes. Mixes workwear, skate, and hippie influences. Certain pieces have lots of handwork, which will appeal to people who like craft. Allows you to dabble in non-Western textile traditions. Fits in well with basic things such as EG and even Barbour, but also more offbeat stuff like Visvim and Story MFG (also appeals in the same way as Story MFG).
And, except maybe Barbour, it’s more affordable than the other brands you mentioned.

This is what I imagine the Panther Moderns' optical camo would have looked like in party mode.

I think this is accurate. I don't really like any of the 18 east stuff, though I think there are a few pieces that are visually interesting and clearly some people here wear it well. Without reopening a conversation from a few pages ago, as someone that spends an enormous amount of time in India, a lot of the handiwork aspects of 18east feel a bit lackluster to me especially given their pricepoint.

But in this you can get stabbed on the way there and just keep on trucking.

Especially if one is sporting limited edition basketball shoes, those twin tips of the capitalist iceberg, that will incite violence from fellow #streetwear enthusiasts.

Since you can't delete your post, editing a " ' " is the bare minimum you can do to erasing it.

This rings true. I would add (though I suspect it is already implied) that they like him for very good reasons.

is very forth coming and informative though I can’t say I found his stuff that appealing even when it was Eidos.

field jacket never quite worked right, tailoring outside NMWA/Ciro (and I would still take AMJ03 from the Armoury over either), is generic though I would take Treno as a good alternative over Boglioli.
Outwear has a bit flare but also never quite worked right the most consistent product were the dress pants I suppose.

though I suppose when Eidos worked right it looked good, but to me it’s the “when” part...

Uniqlo has a pretty good hybrid parka with light fill and water resistance. Comes in black, navy, and khaki.
