Is it even worth mentioning Kanye's show with White Lives Matter and Pope John Paul II tees and sweats for his Paris show?

Nope, it was also mega delayed, last minute so no preparation (models didn't know the runway and didn't see because of the outfits so a few nearly fell off the stage) and press people were basically hostages to his royal dumbness for a few hours, missing their other shows. LOL

Yeah I mean like who could do an MLB quality embroidery lettering numbers etc on the back of a blank jersey

If there is an ice hockey store anywhere near you, they probably put names and numbers on jerseys in-house or have somewhere local they send them off to. Might be worth checking with them.

I've sized up twice on my S&M chinos, and I give up on trying to make them work. They always catch on my thighs and feel like a damn vice around my legs.

Do you all think the baggy chinos below would work with my with sports coat in terms of overall silhouette? This is roughly how all of my SCs fit.

As long as the sports coat isn't too slim (and yours isn't), I don't mind a wide-leg chino with them. It's definitely a casual look, but it's pretty comfortable and has been a staple for me for years, especially in the fall and winter with a tweed sports coat or big fuzzy Shetland sweater.

The J. Crew Giant Chino that somebody posted is a pretty good option. I bought a pair when they were first launched and really like everything about them except that they come pre-finished with relatively small cuffs of about 1". It wasn't a big enough deterrent from stopping me ordering a second pair though. I also really like the Full Count "1201 Officer Chino"; their a bit more than your $200 budget but I've got a couple pair and they're very well made, hold a crease very nicely, and are a little more refined feeling than the J. Crew Giant Chino.

For the price though, the Bronson Mfg Co. chinos look fantastic.

Can anyone tell me what goes into making a "brushed cotton"? For example, this Iron Heart flannel has a super brushed interior:

Is this done with special equipment, and if so is there an analogous "small batch" solution? I'm going to make up some flannel workshirts soon and this is something I'd like to try out.

Yeah, the fabric is literally brushed on a roller with tiny teeth. I’m not sure how to do it manually and have it look even or not damaging the fabric. Maybe with a very fine toothed comb or pet hair brush?

If it's already brushed on one side or a flannel you could try a wire brush used for carding wool or as Zissou mentioned a fine pet comb to fluff up the nap... Maybe some low profile stick on Velcro hooks on a stiff piece of wood? That stuff causes pills, and that's kind of what you're trying to make happen.

@zissou Thanks again for the rec the guy at Stitches has been very accommodating and by the looks of the reviews they do incredible work. As my Braves jerseys are going into the lions den I made sure to state that I loved the 86 Mets documentary, Keith Hernandez once spit on me and it ricocheted on my friend and that I wholeheartedly disagree with what Maddux said 😂

Wouldn’t be surprised if they are the first or one of the first Braves jerseys to come through that shop as they specialize in Yanks/Mets. Just want to let them know I come in peace hahaha
