Not very hard considering Kapital seems to have a bunch. I'd love to try their "bootcut" model myself.

The rat flare ones? Yeah, they seem nice alright.

I dunno they apparently have a cut called "bootcut" (written on the tag) which sounds promising but I've only found the items of groiled so I dunno, going to a large store in Tokyo or whatever would definitely solve my problem.

Sorry if this has been asked before but Patagonia baggies: size up, down or TTS? I’ve read anything from “fits huge” to “best size up”. Thanks!

God damn. You f*ckers have got me itching for flared denim all of a sudden. :fu:

So..... I tried on a pair of vintage Levi's 517s today. At first I really liked what I saw in the mirror. Then my gf told me I was way too hippy (not the cool kind of hippie, but rather that I apparently have too much hips, hips that of course don't lie) for flared denim and that it made me look like a woman. After looking hard in the mirror for a while and contemplating the big questions of jawnz and life, I agreed.

Itch scratched.

All I wanted was to look as cool as @Chaconne... :violin:

Thanks, man! Maybe one day try a different day use cut? No expert but maybe if the sit lower on the hips or have a bit more room in the thigh it might alleviate the problem?

I find that with flared denim, especially vintage cuts, the flare is too abrupt and look dated. I like when it is more gradual rather than super tight then a huge bell below the knees.

I've seen both of you guys. You are some straight hips having mofos.

Get relatively large straight legs instead?

Well I can not deny that. Both my hips and my booty are straight and flat. I sometimes wish I had more junk in the trunk at least.

i also have never really gone for fitted-to-flare jeans a la 517, maybe try searching for elephant leg or snoop around navy surplus flares.
