Not the same thing, but Hermes has some fleece jackets coming out for FW21 that vaguely feel reminiscent of that famous Cloak shearling. Given that it's Hermes, I imagine the price is going to be about the same as getting the Cloak.

Anyone have any knowledge they can drop about The Resq&Co?

I don't know if I have any "knowledge" to share, but I like the store and the way the two guys behind the company dress. They wear a lot of Americana, militaria type gear. I've only corresponded with one of the owners, Youngsam, and he speaks English via email if you want to reach out to them.

Just looked at the collection, and there were quite a few things that I liked. Too bad the pricing will be ridiculous. This shearling/fleece is probably going to cost 3k minimum.

I’ve been making my foray into avant-garde/contemporary clothing as of late.

Anyone have any good recommendations for brands? So far I’ve been looking into a lot of Rick Owens and Thom Krom, but I’m trying to expand my knowledge on this stuff.

I know I’m interested in brands like Ziggy Chen, Ann Demeulemeester, Geoffrey B. Small, Maison Margiela, and ROSEN, but I want to expand more.

Also would anyone happen to have good book suggestions about art/artists in this category? I just need more to read haha.

I liked the clothes in the Hermes video I saw. Impressed with the use of video for showing collections and communicating from what I've seen this year. Not that fashion films are new, but CV19 I think puts a some more value and probably dollars there.

Samuel Ross's ACW presentation video, I thought, managed to show clothes maybe better in that form than a runway walk or something. Early Prada vibes reflected back through a UK lens with a bit techwear and bit tailored suited the video presentation well.
