Camber is boxy, thick, and made in the USA. Rumoredly, the private label producer for Bape offshoot Very Ape, Futura stuff, and some Engineered Garments Workaday (the stuff made in the USA). Available on Rakuten, eBay, and Etsy if you search Camber. Also available at Beige Habilleur in France, All USA Clothing, and All Seasons Uniform. Dave's New York also carries Camber, but they're completely closed right now because of the pandemic. I don't know if the other stores are shipping.

It's a boxy fit like this. Over at All USA Clothing, they're about $75, but they normally take a while to ship, even when there's not a pandemic.

Looking to get a pair of black side zips/Chelsea’s (horse butt preferred) with a high/Cuban heel that will go with lemaire/dries/de bonne facture/Stephan Schneider style. I like the look of some of the Margielas and our legacy boots but they are all cemented soles, and I want a stitched sole.

I don’t want any Celine or Saint Laurent or anything artisanal like ccp.

I'd get those Margiela boots if you can find them in your size, recent experience being that even if glued the quality is very high.
