i think they are great. the best part is there's no hype on them so you can get them below msrp.

Agreed - the Talib is a great model. I really wish DM would make more shoes with side zippers for men, but I guess that would drive up the MSRP.

I like the blue/black color way. They are about to release regular daybreaks as well.

Pleasure. It's largely, though not exclusively, a bunch of odd-bods that are largely, though not exclusively, stuck in the past. To some, it's a past recalled. To others, one they (Being too young to have lived through it) can only fantasize about. A couple of the elders or, in the terms used on the thread 'originals' are, despite being completely clueless, misguidedly looked up to. That said, those doing the looking up are sad-sacks that walk into work, one Monday morning and mow everybody down. There's a massive crossover from another Stylefrorum thread entitled 'From Mod to Suedehead' and despite the valiant efforts of a nice chap called Mr. Knightly, to keep 'The Look Goes On' actually moving on, the hardcore members won't have it. Certainly not. Poor Mr. Knightly's pissing in the wind on that front. Their Mecca is a shop called John Simons. John's been around since time began and claims, probably rightly, to have come up with the term 'Harrington' for the Baractuta jacket. The thread's militant caucus make an annual pilgrimage down to his shop on Chiltern Street. Few of them actually buy anything there because A) Simon's is over-priced and B) they're shoe-stringers. There are multiple issues that make the thread so fascinating, the most fundamental being that no-one's entirely sure what 'The Look' actually is. Or at least, no two people being able to fully agree on what it is. Naturally, this makes it almost impossible for anyone to know how it should 'Go On'. All in all, they're a harmless enough bunch and you know, none of them are going to be nicking your bird anytime soon. Especially, it has to be said, Covskin.

This is amazing
