Size up! I wear 45, maybe even 46 for a size 11 brannock

Depends on whether you intend to use the provided insole or not. It's really there to provide a half-size adjustment for those who are in-between, but it offers a fair amount of comfort, as your feet are otherwise resting directly on the leather midsole. Savannah recommended sizing for the insert. In my case, I wear a size 46 across three pairs for a ~ 12.5 D Brannock and I wear them without the insert.

For the Legend, and if I'm being honest, it's not great for sustained wear. I still wear them, however.

For the Avenue, which is Blake stitched, I feel it's a bit less noticeable.

ngl, I've been foregoing both more since the pandemic, but the underwear only when I am at home in lounge clothes. Also ngl, it is pretty comfortable.
