Did you think about the situation from their PoV? I don't know which store it is, but it's likely they get 100's of emails and may not have a large CS team. You didn't do your due diligence, and they don't know how you will react to a negative response. I can understand you appreciating a response, but not everyone is as understanding, and the last thing they want is to escalate the situation.

ok ? per your story you were unwilling to extend that same courtesy . personally i'd temper my indignation if I couldn't live up to my own terms .

I actually agree with you. If you are from North America you may find that European customer service is lacking compared to what you're used to

I usually wear the Socrates Pants from Nothing Something when I walk the dog, run an errand or for long flights. They aren't sweats, but they are mighty comfortable. They are the only pair of pants that I wear that have drawstrings.
