this would be tough to do well imo. crepe soled chelseas feel verrry of a time, and one that I don't think too many ppl look back fondly on. it'd be a different story if they were on a hard soleAny suggestions for wearing my old, but still in fine shape CP suede Chelsea’s without seeming out of touch? I still successfully deploy clothing from that era fairly often, but for some reason, these cause me doubt… unlike say MMM GATS, which I wear maybe a few times a month and don’t seem to evoke the same feeling for whatever reason 🤷♂️@Fuuma ? I see Kith doing a version of crepe sole Chelseas with Clark’s every winter season, and that is about as of the moment as you get.this would be tough to do well imo. crepe soled chelseas feel verrry of a time, and one that I don't think too many ppl look back fondly on. it'd be a different story if they were on a hard sole

They went out of businessWtf happened to matches fashion?
fwiw I do think you can still get some mileage out of them, just don't style with skinnies and plaid shirt. straight fit/loose white denim could be easy place to start. I'd imagine them working easier the more beat up they areThank you @MeatFish The nail on the head I couldn’t quite identify whenever I put them on… I just felt it.
