I alternate between the assault bike (11-15 miles, or tabatas))

I was a pretty serious cyclist for years (road and marathon MTB), but I have never heard of an "assault bike" - what is it?

i didn't know it by this name either until the crossfit crowd. it's basically a stationary fan bike.

It’s a death machine that is only vaguely related to a bike. You pump your arms and legs in tandem to drive the fan.

Can anyone recommend a reliable South Korean proxy service? Or, is anyone in South Korea interested in proxying something for me? Cheers.

Where can I get a pair of higher rise, light wash, straight leg, non stretch denim for sale this Black Friday? Saw some relaxed fit at Todd Snyder but they're final sale, haven't seen any place carrying Orslow 3 year wash in my size and on sale. My 501s arent a great fit.

Which would be technically warmer?

Insulation: 3D hollow fiber siliconized synthetic insulation; 240 gsm

vs

Insulation: Traceable certified duck down 600 fill power (80/20); 220 gsm

GSM is an odd spec here for down. Fill weight used would be more normally seen as a spec for down in conjunction with the fill power and quality rating. Down is a loose fill, blown or hand placed that has no specific dimensional aspect independent of the garment. Too much an apples and oranges a comparison independent of the garment and the application of the materials.
