My RT says the same, you're really good...Backs can go at any age. It doesn't mean anything age wise, often it's an issue with the activation of your glutes. Too much sitting can kind of let your posterior chain go to sleep. Try some posterior chain exercises to wake things up. Glute bridges are one Kettlebell swings actually can help in some cases to get things back in sync and awaken.... But unfortunately the "good ol rock n roll" part is 100% boomer energy.
The full boro, full sakiori and full hand sashiko are pieces that are between a Neapolitan hand-made jacket and a luxury good to me. The number of people who can afford it and would dig it is probably very small. Maybe the people shelling out thousands for Greg Lauren type stuff? I don’t see retailers ever carrying these pieces (or sometimes just one unit for show) but I think that squares off with their limited manufacturing capacity. I know we never thought we could sell them. Even at wholesale price, I’m having trouble justifying getting one for myself. I just admire it for now.
The other stuff they do is just well designed, good silhouettes and great work on fabric treatments (their salt shrunk Nylon is stupidly good). It’s a bit expensive but not too out there
Rowing. I like kettlebell swings as well, but be careful with them and err on the side of light, especially if you are recovering from an injury, as there is a lot of sheer force. This s as someone who is exactly a year out from a compression fracture in the spinal column.Backs can go at any age. I've recently gone through something similar and can feel for you! I had a lot of sleepless nights, which is the absolute worst.speaking of back pain, I have a doctor's appointment tomorrow to check my fairly new, horrible tinnitus, which I assume is driven by neck and jaw pain, most likely caused by 9 months of working from a kitchen chair and the ongoing pandemic... Anyone successfully dealt with any of that? I got a new pillow, and ordered an office chair, but what else.
That's not how you pronounce Vuitton
