• CALLING ON HOME SEWERS TO HELP HEALTHCARE WORKERS FIGHTING COVID-19

The lack of proper masks, gowns, and eyewear equipment is making it difficult for health workers to do their work fighting the novel coronavirus. In a recent New York Times article, medical workers said they were worried about how they can both fight the coronavirus without imperiling themselves, as well as their loved ones when they go back home.

If you are a home sewer, please consider helping my joining Hickey Freman Technical Vice President Jeffery Diduch in his effort to produce and deliver homemade gowns and masks to medical professionals in the greater Rochester, New York Area. Read about how you can help here

So @dieworkwear in case you haven't figured it out what's going on here is some of us on the ol' cord are trying to triangulate on your identity. Yeah that's it, triangulate. For the sake of public interest. I've reached out to ice cube to see if he can shed some light on your identity but he hasn't gotten back to me yet (not all of us are as intimately associated with him as you so i'm going to be patient).

But so if you could just answer these simple questions about yourself I think we can really get the ball rolling on this and triangulate

1) do you wear burnt orange?

2) robe coats. Do you prefer Document's or Camoshita's?

3) chicken sandwiches. CFA or Popeyes?

4) how do you feel about gabagool?

5) are you circumcised? This one is super important for the triangulating by the way

K that's it thanks so much and toodles!

Nice new jacket, Derek.
You guys have recs for food spots near Johns Hopkins? Sister wants to do a campus visit in a few weeks.

Also if anyone has recs for DC eats that’d be great too since she also wants to do Georgetown.
For Georgetown, I'd suggest getting a chicken madness at Wisemiller's.

On a less creepy note, why are Margiela doing this

Like who has taken it upon themselves to just ruin their footwear in the past 5 years or so, either making monstrosities or tabi everything

Margiela does seem to take a rather scattershot approach to finding the next trend. After the chunky ugly dad shoes trend, I can understand placing a small wager on dress shoe/sneaker hybrids being next (I think they already tried that with a few things?).

Galliano isn't a Nazi. He just is anti semitic. I thought you were a scholar
