Mine are a bit snug wondering they will stretch out enough ordered 1/2 size down

Re the Acadia's
Did you order TTS or 1/2 size down?
Good question.
I ordered both.
I measure 10.5 in length and 11 to my knuckle and I am a narrow with low volume.
I ordered an Acadia 10.5 B Bison last winter and 11 B in CXL crowd funded.
The 10.5 are too short but fit great in the width. My toe touches the end of the shoe and the natural break in the sole is too far back for my feet. They are ok if I do not do a lot of walking. If I walk a lot, my feet get fatigued.
The 11B fit great in the length but the top 1/4's touch when I lace them. This will get worse as the CXL stretches. I put a Dr Schols odor eater in them and that helped fill out the volume for me. I will need to put some tongue pads to get a great fit and maybe a thicker insert. They will be fine with thicker socks but forget about thin socks or bare feet.

I like the fit of the 11B better as the natural break in the sole aligns with my feet. I wish Rancourt offered an A width. Going forward, I will stick to the 11B size and sock up plus foot beds of some kind. Buying handsewn shoes via mail order is very challenging. Different lasts, leathers, liners and cobblers makes it a bit unpredictable.

I'm waiting on the Carolina Brown version of the Ranger Moc. I've got plenty of other shoe and boot options and I'm usually in house slippers these days anyway so I'm in no hurry. And yeah, I think the email I received with a time frame for delivery for all the different models that were crowd funded showed the Ranger Moc as being the very last ones that will be made up.

I take the long turn around as a hopeful good sign that Rancourt received more orders for everything than they anticipated and that that is good news for them.

And just like that I got a shipping notification this evening for the natty Rangers. Inbound for Wednesday.

First time wearing the flint kudu ranger mocs out.

The left shoe is a bit more ‘off’ than I’d prefer, but it’s not really noticeable from the front with the tongue pad.

still my favorite suede and a fantastic looking makeup so that also helps put aside any gripes with the qc.

Is the inner sole of the Acadias where the Rancourt name is imprinted ie the footbed designed not to extend the length of the shoe?

You can request a full length sock liner, but the default is the half length.

I keep forgetting to request a full sock liner… But I also find, with quite a few Rancourts at this point, that I am not bothered by the half. Still, it is an odd feeling underfoot at first and I wonder… Hopefully I will remember next time I order a pair. On loafers, especially non-CXL loafers, I’m quite curious about the difference it would make.

If you size up half a size does the toe box get any bigger?

MTO Rancourt Acadia Chukkas (I added a lining). Thinking about selling these since the back part digs in above my ankle a bit - I’m wondering if adding the lining made them too inflexible, or if maybe it’s because they’re a bit tight width wise and it pulls the top in a weird way.

The initial comfort might be better without the lining, but it probably just needs to be broken in a bit. Like the flint kudu. I considered getting that style too. They look great.

I had a lining added into the 2nd or 3rd pair of Ranger Mocs I ever ordered from Rancourt and I was surprised at how much less flexible they were and how much longer they took to break in. They eventually did break in comfortably, but I've ordered 4 pair of Ranger Mocs since then and haven't wanted to have any of them made up with a lining again.
