Wow. Those both look fantastic. I'm really liking the subtle green to the olive...more than they showed on site.

Same here. On the site, I did not see the olive pretty much...at all, could not tell which was brown which was olive.
IRL olive is far more apparent.

Really happy with Rancourt in 2018, If I had to chose just a few pairs from my closet...
They might all be Rancourt, although a HM and an Indy would round out the top 5!

Would someone mind sharing the details of the gift card promotion, ie when it expires, is there a limit on the savings, is there a code, etc?

Also, how does Rancourt’s 115 last compare to AE’s 65 or GS’s Oliver/Leo lasts? I wear 8.5 EEE in most AE lasts and 8.5 E in GS. Would a EE size in Rancourt’s 115 last fit?

Any comparison to 65 v 115 is same discussion as 65 v AEs 511 last.

Bagley said it. If you can fit into an AE 511 lasted shoe at 8.5EE, then you'll have a good time with Rancourt. Wearing an 8.5E in GS means you might be able to make it work at 9E or 9EE otherwise.

Thoughts on their recent customer service? I emailed them a week ago and never heard back.

Huckberry Wolf boots for a very chilly Friday morning. This is the pair I had to darken myself so they were more color matched between the two boots. Still not 100% but a whole lot better than when I got them. IMG_4265.jpeg IMG_4267.jpeg

Custom made, ultra thick, breaking in nicely. VERY happy with Rancourt (even before these!)

Part of the "Apocalypse" collection? Thickest boots I have ever seen, like you had a pair of boots made from a saddle. Love 'em!

Nice! Great to see people loving their shoes looking enough to resole.

Darn you!!! I have felt I "needed" a pair of beef rolls for a year or so, even though I'd only wear them about 4 times a year. Have been toying with Alden, but damn those look great, so guess I'm going to have to get a pair of Rancourt.

Both are excellent, and caramel shell is solid. I'd say it comes down to whether you want a shoe or boot; they're on the same last even
