Doc B's is fine for laundry.

I brought it to europe for everything (ok well I may have also brought toothpaste even though they say it works just as well...it tastes funny and I don't think it has any of the abrasive polishing compounds) although I occasionally used real shampoo when available.

Just make sure its in a good bottle. I filled a couple of small bottles from the big retail bottle but one of them popped open in my bag and that concentrated **** is a ***** to get out.

Always put bottles of liquids inside ziplocks.

Here's my packlist for EBC, for what it's worth. About 7 kg in your pack, 2 kg on your body. The magic is the wool. It doesn't stink up when you wear it, so you can pack fewer clothes. Carry no blades, The ULA pack is under the size limit for carry-on, so it comes with you on the plane, no need for baggage check. Have fun. PM if you have questions.
