^ And Australian travelers - they are the best in my experience.
Lol, the antipathy between Yanks and Canadians.
Well, everybody hates Canadians as far as I can tell.
And then I doubled down and moved to The Great Satan.
Well, people def hate Americans, but we are aware of that. Canadians tend to think they are loved by all, but as far as I can tell are roundly reviled. Look at this board to see why. The bizarre, needy smugness that is not lost on you or me is not lost on most people outside of Canada and the American progressive movement.
I still cannot figure this out and few people know better than you how much it bothers/perplexes me.
Rambreaux, don't know if t his helps much, but it seemed well thought out to me
Would not hit.
she seems to be shilling pretty hard for this Chris Guillebeau guy
Her information is probably pretty solid if that's what you are in to. I think Kyle gave Rambo a useful link there. It's just...would not hit.
Rambo, haven't you left yet?
hahaha. Nope, I'm still here. I will be homeless on 4/1. So I'll be leaving on 4/1.
Been tossing around ideas and nothing's stuck yet.
hey that's not too far off.... I'd be booking a flight very very soon if I were you
Hey Rambo, just saw this thread. First off, great idea. The people I know who have taken world trips are some of the most awesome people I've ever met. You'll definitely have a great time.
If you wait until late may/early june to come to South America, I plan on going to Buenos Aires, Argentina and Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. I may have 5 weeks off of work at that time. I'll probably want to stay at nice places though.
