Damn, snowflake fair isle was nicest looking Rugby piece I've seen in a while and they go and ruin it with a fake ski patch.

I've done that with wovens before, but being that it's a knit, I'm guessing it's glued on.

And they stopped stacking a while ago (around the time that they stopped heavily discounting stuff); that instance above is not a regular thing anymore.

Anyone have sizing advice about the Newbury sportcoats? I sent an e-mail asking for measurements and will post any reply they send. I'm sure I'm a 42 but not sure if R or L. If anyone could post length measurements (back and sleeves), I'd be very grateful.

Everything is cut shorter/slimmer. I agree, but I'm not sure about the length difference between R and L for Rugby...

MIght as well get them from stubbs & wooton. I am pretty sure they make them right? They have way more of a selection but I cant justify spending that much.

A few pop up on eBay here/there - but generally the bidding fest makes it tough to win sometimes, I got lucky with my Skull ones, simply because surprisingly the eBayer accepted my low offer.

Shipton and Heneage, Del Toro, Stubbs and Wootton are all pretty good

Stubbs being the best, and the ones who make the RL slippers. One pair is worth it in imo. Something with a little attitude, and $250-$300 isn't too bad, considering the market

Yea on SW website they are like 450...I really wanted the herringbone monicle ones that were made for rugby last year but my salary was meh and they sold out pretty fast.

If they were 200-250 I could maybe spring for those...then again if i stopped buying sunglasses I would have more money for things like these...that and shoes from AE.
