I agree however the pocket with the logo is easy to unstitch.

There is available the dress sized flap version in blue and pink.
I wear it here, I prefer it over the classic university oxford with the frayed details.

What's wrong with their non-logo ones? Does everyone have a problem finding those or what? They have been around for a while...you have to click 'Dress Shirts' to find them, they look like the one Alex has, and are superb.

The old ones from a year ago did not have Logo/Monogram. The chest pocket was not buttoned (What an abomination) either.

The three you linked are not the one referred to.

This is the closest to the original but the former had no stitching on the chest pocket. The shirt was a simple and clean OCBD without the gimmicks.

They use to have this in all the same colors without the 'R'.

The fabric and collar stance/shape was on point. I still have a blue and white albeit a bit dirty now in the inner collar over the years. Aside from that they are still standing up well. I thought Uniqlo had them beat but after trying their own line of shirts, Rugby is by far the better make.

    RL messed up

Next will be Brooks Brother...I have high hopes

The flap is a prep/ivy classic, I really like it but everyone has different taste...
I repeat that a flap or a pocket is easy to unstitch with a seam ripper and the problem is solved.

@Saturday the white has a button tab so I exclude it from the options.

@gettoasty Okay i did not realize all the fuss was the flap.. let alone did I even notice that flap...I agree in that case, it could be a turn off in some cases. I guess you could do a MTM one from Rugby for $150....

@md2010 Not sure when they plan on doing it but I'm guessing its going to be around or just before when fall items start rolling in.

Are Rugby buttonup shirts sized the same as PRL Custom fit shirts? Unfortunately, I'm right in between a size M and L in PRL Custom Fit but I'm hoping I won't have the same problem with the Rugby Chambray Matlock shirt if they run slightly smaller.

I only have one Rugby shirt (a tartan BD) in XL and, yeah, it's very close in fit to an XL in PRL custom fit.

Got an email from Rugby... has sizing gotten a lot bigger? They confirmed that Polo Custom Fit and Rugby shirts are sized the same. Rugby oxford and chambray matlock shirt measure in at L - 24" p2p and M - 22.75" p2p. :eh:
