1. Hi. We moved systems, and because it was impossible to achieve feature parity between the systems, we opted to archive the old B&S threads but allow users to read them so that they can put them into our new B&S system.

    There is a support thread if you have any issues.

    Cheers,

    Fok.

    Ralph Lauren Purple Label three button silk sport coat in very good used condition. Made of 100% silk but has the fabric weave and color similar to a traditional linen sport coat. Features construction details you would expect from a Purple Label jacket, including dual vents, ticking pocket, working sleeve buttons.

    This is a gently worn jacket. One of the sleeve buttons is cracked (shown) which you may or may not want to replace. One sleeve has two hard to see small brownish discolorations (which should go out when dry cleaned), any other spots are in photos only. This is a relatively chunky/loose weave, so there are little pills on the fabric, like you would see in linen or burlap or on a wool sweater (you can see a couple shown in the close-ups). I wouldn't have any reservations about wearing this out today, but it just isn't what I need atm.

    The jacket is labeled 40R, though I assume the sleeves have been shortened a bit. I am not sure if this was altered otherwise, but it fits me like a tailored 40.

    Actual measurements (I am not a tailor, so these are my best attempts, email if you have a more specific question):

    Chest: 42''
    Length (top of collar to bottom, on back): 32"
    Sleeve (from shoulder seam): 25"
    Shoulder: 18"

    If you want any more information, pictures etc. please do no hesitate to ask.

    Shipping to U.S. is about $30.

    Price drop! 200 -> 190

    Agreed, the fabric is perfect; the feel and lightness of linen without all the wrinkling.
