Fit is bizarre to me. I'm 5'6, 165 lbs. and tried on a Large cashmere sweater. It fit well in the chest and shoulders, but barely went past my waist in length. I've never tried on a Large anything that was too SHORT on me.

Is this normal for RLPL casual wear?

Edit: Also, I wasn't too impressed by the quality of the cashmere...was not much softer than the cashmere-silk blends I have from BR.

Is it on their site? I'd like to check out that sweater. I tried on 2 RL polos today that were L (my mom's friend bought them for us) and the sleeves were too long, shoulders too long and the whole shirt was about the length of a sports jacket. It didn't fit well at all, so it goes to my younger brother who is taller than I (with a large stomach as well).

Does purple label ever go on sale?

I'm looking at getting the Anthony Tux (was black label, now purple label)
