Ralph Lauren Polo Size Determination

Good Day All,

I am purchasing a Classic-Fit Ralph Lauren Polo Short-Sleeved(Link 1), and was looking for a second opinion on measurements. The only size/measurement difficulties I am having are with chest vs. bicep measurements. My chest measures to 37" and on the sizing chat a small is listed as a chest measurement between 34"- 36" and a medium chest is listed as 38"- 40". For reassurance that the shirt will fit I want to buy a medium, however I do like a shirt to fit snug especially around the arms, which mine measure out to be 14", as long as the shirt isn't so snug that I feel trapped in it(Link 2). First, does anyone know what the sleeve sizes, not length, measure out to be in both sizes? Second, can somebody give me their personal opinion on the comfort and how well they fit for either sizes? Third, how much do they usually shrink? I thank everyone for their time and consideration.
