Ralph Lauren Polo Shirt UK Sizes

Hi, I am normally a small mens in UK sizes, I have ordered a Ralph Lauren polo shirt in small mens, I am just wondering, has anyone experienced the sizes with Ralph Lauren? do the polo's come small or bigger than your average brand? Im not sure whether the polo shirt will fit.

I think sizing may be slightly different because I have tried on polos in the UK and I wore a small, but when I buy from the US I buy boys large.

so do ralph lauren keep the american small when they come over to the UK or do they change them to a UK small if you know what i mean.

I wear an H&M small, Fred Perry small and Polo RL custom fit small polos, so yeah, it's a pretty standard small.

Don't know what you mean by your "average brand". Polo is the "average brand" in the US. Keep in mind that the polos shrink a little and also polo sells classic and slim cuts. I'm normally a small in sport shirt size and would go up to a medium for the slim cut but would prefer to stay small for the classic cut. Hope that helps.
