Me too. I bought these about 2 months ago. They are made in Italy (love them, by the way!): http://www.ralphlauren.com/product/i...entPage=family
These are the same shoes I have. Very comfortable.
If you don't mind, please let me know where (if not polo.com) you got these shoes & at what discount. Thanks! Also, I own a couple of nice pieces from Jones New York which are holding up very nicely (tweed odd jacket & wool/cashmere suit which is beautiful). I also recently purchased a couple pairs of Green Label flannel trousers which are very, very nice. So much so that I went back (to stp [IMG] ) & bought a Green Label flannel suit. I know it's not the stuff dreams are made of, but not absolute crap across the lines, IMHO.

...and at $149, they were a steal at that time!

I got mine from polo.com at the sale price of $149 a pair. Got myself a dark brown and a black pair. I get complimented on the dark brown pair every time (haven't worn the black ones yet).

RRL is not really a mixed bag... generally the quality will always be higher than PRL, and some of their jackets are made by Corneliani. Their leatherwork is done by the same factories that do Ralph Lauren blue label too.

RRL is like their little pet project line.

The items are priced high and only sold in some brick and mortar stores (no online sales). The jeans are probably the widest distributed item but I think they make others.

I will go along with the saying that I have also never really seen this mark except for the pair of jeans I bought off ebay after seing them suggested here. The branding is fairly subtle with the RRL logo having the second R backwards attatched to the L...you have have seen it and not even known what it was.

Where does Polo University Club fit in?
AFAIK, a long defunct line, analogous to BB's Brooksgate.

I should add that I have two RLPL blazers--one velvet and one corduroy--from a few seasons ago that bear Caruso tags. I can only assume that any matching pants would be made by the same. I also sold a RLPL linen blazer last year that was made by Cantarelli. All of the suits I've seen (not separates) are made by St Andrews.

That's a good question. While shopping with my wife at the RL Mansion recently I did notice that many of the womens Black Label and Collection blazers were made in the USA.
