Ralph Lauren Anthony - Black vs Purple Label

Hi

I have several Anthony Suits purchased at Ralph Lauren while they were still black label. Can anyone tell me if there were any modifications to the Anthony suits besides the color of the label and the price - I am looking at one on ebay - that is not Serge.

According to one of the sales associates in their Biblioteksgatan store in Stockholm, the only difference should be the label. They do change the models ever so slightly over the years, but there was no distinct difference between the black and purple label as much as a normal evolution based on trends. He did however say that the purple label line fabrics tend to be a bit more exclusive.

I think leg opening got a bit slimmer (as in today vs. 2007, but not crazily slim either)
