rail brackets

Does anyone know where to find brackets similar to the ones used in this product. Closest I can find are these foot/bar mounts and they are too expensive and I'm not interested in anything decorative at all as this is a short term need. I am trying to imitate it myself as they discontinued the item. Any help would be appreciated.
