does anyone have any experience with Raf Simons' clothing? I'd typically wear a 48 in Helmut Lang, have a 39" chest, and a 32" waist but have no idea where to place Raf Simons and, unfortunately, I dont live anymore close to some place that stocks him. I'll see (online) sweatshirts sized 48 that measure enormous and then t-shirts sized 48 that measure tight, tight, tight. I was particularly interested in that accordion sweatshirt once upon a time sold by Seven. if anyone knows how this guy's stuff is sized, advise is greatly appreciated. thanks

Some pieces are deliberately oversized, some pieces are deliberately undersized, and some pieces are meant to fit dead on. I find that those pieces are typically true to size. I am a 38" chest, and the mediums typically fit me the way they do on the runway.

Like LA Guy said, it depends on the piece. Like any expensive purchase, I would not buy it online until you've had a chance to test it out...

so would you say, having a 38" chest, that you'd typically wear a 48 in Simons? I'm a 39" chest and am hovering in between 48 and 50 but veering toward 48. I like things fitting 'as they're supposed to' which means as the designer sees it

^What he said. I have a bunch of raf stuff and it's all sized different. If you show a picture of exactly what you're looking at we might be able to help with the sizing.
