What do you think of RM Williams in the question of quality?
I need a new pair to use with a more casual outfit. Planned to buy a brown pair to be used with jeans.

RM Williams make very fine Chelsea boots (I have 4 pairs). They're all wholecuts (that is, made from a single piece of leather) and are welted with - for the most part - channelled soles. The leather is good quality, and I'd especially recommend the yearling leather. (I understand that they use chromium based tanning methods as opposed to "natural" methods.) You can order them in a variety of shades, toe shapes, soles and heels, and are significantly cheaper if purchased in Australia or on the net from an Australian supplier. Exotic hides are also available (e.g. kangaroo). Be sure to purchase a tin of RM Williams saddle dressing - it's important to use this regularly so that the leather remains supple.
