+1. I think I tried nine times before I succeeded. It doesn't matter whether you go 1 for 1 or 1 for 10: it's a win either way.

More one idea this that you use yogurt in early morning with sugar then you feel better.

It has no any side effects for your health (no add sugar diabetes patient)
    because yogurt is natural product.

I hope it'll make you gain and slowly slowly you broke your smoke habit.

Thanks again guys. Really great advice here. I bought a huge container of cottage cheese and a pineapple last night. Having that mix for breakfast. I'll do the yogurt next though.

Thanks! I used to love listening to Barrie Konicov's self hypnosis tapes as a child. I will give this Bonetti a shot.

If you've already used hypnosis in the past, then I'm very confident it will work for you.

Let me know how you do! With the nail-biting program, I started noticing results the next day.

Grabbed the file, now I'm getting angry that audible is some proprietary DRM shit. Why can't they just sell me an mp3. Gonna have to hack this bitch when I get home.

Oh yea, Audible is a PITA.

Easiest thing to do is burn the file onto a CD, and rip it back to your computer as an MP3. It takes about 5 minutes, but eliminates any hassle for future listening.

The key was to change returning and forth, 1:1. Gradually, the rate will be on the part of the lollipops. Being disloyal is ok too. I was able to stop in about three several weeks. That was almost two decades ago.

My advice is (not necessarily in chronological order): find someone you want to spend the rest of your life with (must be a non-smoker or else not as effective).

If this step does not work, reevaluate the love for your partner and/or have a child together.

I'm wrapping up my first month; this is my 2nd earnest attempt...first lasted almost a year, and I smoked for roughly 10 yrs. I wish I could say it's getting easier every day but, man, week 3 was rough. On a brighter note, my commute to work is around an hour by car and, this morning, no craving.

    Wish me luck.
