Quick question for those who know anything about the BB, Peal &Co boots made by C&J. Will the brown suede cap toe boots fit the same as the Shell Cordovan cap toe boots? Are they both on the 240 last? The brown suede boots fit true to size for me, but many in their reviews online say the cordovan boots are large and you need to size down. Thanks in advance for your help!

I have both and I take the same size in both (US Brannock). Both fit the same for me. I would assume they are both on 240.

I wear the same size in Coniston 325 and Snowdon 228.

I don’t find a lot of difference between them to be honest. The Snowdon initially felt narrower but I feel it has stretched out enough to be perfect for me.

Black friday deal incoming! Never was a fan of the aesthetics of the 341 Last. But that Brown Shell is just immaculate. Should I keep the black ones too?

And just for compaison sake:

Last 341 (UK 11,5 E) vs. 240 (US 12 D)

They fit similar, but the BB is much narrower in the toe box due to the D Width.

I don’t really care for a Derby style shoe with a toecap. That works better on an Oxford. Of the two, the brown is better as it works better with more casual clothes.
