Great result! These are the first “nice” shoes I ever purchased. I thought I lost them when I moved. Found them last night while cleaning out THE TRUNK OF MY CAR. Anyway, they were banged up and neglected. Brought them to life using the methods taught by Preston Soto at the Elegant Oxford and products sold by @kirbya. I only used Saphir products, including the conditioning soap, Renovateur, and pigmented polish. Take a look. I think I did ok.

Could someone clarify the difference between C&J's chestnut and burgundy? Is the latter more oxblood-ish/darker? Any pic comparisons? Can't seem to find anything about it. Thanks.

Thanks. I have a couple of shoes from C&J in chestnut, but have never seen makeups of C&J in burgundy in real life. Thanks for clarifying.Burgundy is a much darker shade. Chestnut is quite an orange/reddish brown
