I've never had Chelsea's but I really like the look of those. That colour is amazing

Was in NYC this past weekend looking at black loafers at C&J store. I like the Harvards but they are only in suede and dark brown cordovan this season. I have suede already and the brown cordovan is on order with Sky Valet here in DC.

I saw that Ben Silver carries Harvard in many leathers including black. Are these made specifically for Ben Silver or are they old stock?

Is it safe to assume they are on the same last as the Harvard's sold at C&J?

Thanks - they are from a previous MTO. I just recently saw they added the whiskey Pembroke as a standard offering now. I am a massive fan of the shell Marlow/Pembroke shortwings - just a great shoe in my opinion.

I went on Saturday and it's open in the morning only, till 1pm if I remember correctly.

I think the Perry is exactly what I have expected from a 140th anniversary collection. And hence it is not a style that I would consider buying. Nevertheless it looks very well made.
