    I found this article that I hope will help. I have C&J Brecon boots (Chukkas) which probably took a 8 months to break in. They have a double sole, which doesn't help. Using my phone I could walk up to 2 miles without any issues. Like you a blister on my smaller foot. Mine really needed the sole to flex more, so it would move with my foot, rather than my foot move inside the shoe. I would add, that after reading the following article, If I wore them every 2nd day, it would have taken a month and a half to 2 months. Just wearing them with out walking much wouldn't be breaking them in. If they feel tight, just wearing them would help. I have one pair of shoes, which I used a C&J shoe tree to help stretch the toe box area a little.
