Try with PayPal. I don't know if it's a discount only for Mexico, but when I select to pay with PayPal it gives me an aditional 10% off.

I was trying to avoid PayPal as their exchange rate is worse than my credit card. Ended up using anyway as I had a balance. Thanks for the PSA.

I get around this by having the item charged in the store's local currency which is an option in PayPal. No conversion fee then, as my card converts at the published MasterCard rate which is generally very close to official rates. Sometimes the conversion even comes out in my favour.

I do the same, ever since the option was pointed out to me. It's a little confusing, but for anyone not aware there is a link just under the payment method before you confirm your order.

Greetings gent, I was about to purchase the Harvard in Dark brown cordovan - but am not too sure with the UK sizing. I am a US7 in the Alden LHS van last, and am not too familiar with the 314 last. Did a quick search but no exact information. If anyone could shed some light it would be great. Also, any experiences on the mail order from C&J to outside of the UK? Australia to be precise.

I'm an 8D in the (unlined) LHS; it fits a bit loose on me (also an 8E in Park Ave if that helps). Trying the Harvard on Monday and I can provide info on which size I end up liking.

FWIW, I tried the Harvard while in London last month. I'm a US 8D in the Alden Barrie and use to have the Van lasted LHS in 8.5D. It was a little loose. The Harvard in UK7E was too tight/small and the UK7.5E fit better. I'm UK7E in the 325, 335 and 365 C&J lasts and UK7.5E on the 341.
