1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

    Cheers,

Those look great! I WISH C&J would make more models in this shade of leather. I'm getting bored of the usual dark brown calf.

Any thoughts on the C&J Latimer? I'm in the market for a pair of suede derbies for the summer. The comfortable Gumlite soles appeal to me but I am concerned that they'll wear quite quickly and look a bit too clunky.

Thanks! I hear you. If there was one small complaint I had with C&J, it would be that they don't offer enough colors. This chestnut color would look even better if they could offer a burnished version of it. C&J also used to offer a lot more of the walnut-like tan color on various styles. Dark brown burnished is nice, but it's nice to have more options.
